Organizational Change Manager

Our work depends on a Organizational Change Manager joining our team to support the Army Global Unified Network (AGUN) program in Falls Church, VA.

This is an IT Service Management contract in support of GENM-O's mission is to enable information dominance from the tactical edge to the home station for the Army, DoD, National Command Authority, and international partners by acquiring, implementing, and sustaining strategic satellite and terrestrial communication systems, and by leveraging technologies to meet current and future requirements. AGUN is to design, procure, maintain, deploy, and transition a Global SDN solution in accordance with applicable Army policies and regulations. The AGUN-INC1 TO will provide a unified approach to ensure standardized deployments and configurations at multiple locations throughout the globe.

To be successful in this position you need to be collaborative and willing to work within a team. While you will need to be a self-starter completing tasks on your own, working together is critical in this role. You will be interfacing with the client and senior staff. Therefore, you should be articulate in your communications because your opinion matters. You will need to explain technical intricacies in a way that is easily understood.

Organizational Change Manager: Ensures that the standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient handling of Changes in order to minimize the impact of change-related incidents upon service quality. Ensures accountability for the daily operation of the Change Management Process. Creates and maintains Change Management Policies. Designs, implements, and manages a formal Change Management process with guidance from the Process Owner. Oversees the execution of the Change Management process. Ensures organizational adherence to the Change Management Process and Policies. Manages, coordinates, monitors, and reports on change process activities. Conducts Post Implementation Reviews when and where applicable. Communicates with the relevant parties involved with an approved change to ensure activities are coordinated and carried out according to plan.

The likely salary range for this position is $143,031 - $193,513. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
