Dr. Clare Jacobs of Barrington will be the guest speaker and discussion leader. Dr.
Jacobs is involved in the training of people who work with children under 8 years of age. And is consultant of the Head-Start a Program in the city of Chicago and teaches at Chicago Teachers' College. Dr. Jacobs is now working on her second doctorate degree (at Chicago Medical School) with the prospect of working with children who have psychological problems, especially in family counseling situations. As an educator and psychologists she is involved in adult therapy and counseling also.
