RSK Environment has created a new programme for its early career talent having identified the need for a greater number of colleagues to be able to support clients on projects.Technical Director Rachael Riley is leading the project, the first of its kind for the business. She said: “...We realised we needed to expand our capability and train the next generation of highly skilled and engaged professionals... Team members are planning projects, seeing them through the environmental impact assessment and into delivery.
