Earlier this week we had the privilege of hosting a Women in Engineering event at our Waterloo office. Dinah Davis, founder of Code Like A Girl, shared her inspiring journey in the technology industry and provided valuable tips on identifying key opportunities for career growth. For Dinah, building a successful career isn’t about one great project, promotion, or award, but about taking small actions every day! Thank you to the 50 women from the Gender Equity Tech networking group for attending. We are proud to be a part of fostering an empowering environment for women in engineering. #LifeatPCC

Administrative tasks are weighing on staff, but technology may offer some hope. Technology solutions can automate administrative work leaving time for staff to build relationships with patients, boosting their morale and sentiment.
